Maruti launches Mini Range Rower with eligent look, mileage is 26 Kmpl and powerful engine

Mini Range Rower : Maruti Suzuki has introduced the new Brezza facelift in India with updated styling, improved cabin technology, additional safety equipment and a new turbo-petrol engine.

The refreshed SUV continues to target buyers who want a practical family car with SUV-inspired styling, affordable running costs and Maruti Suzuki’s wide service network.

The 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift was launched on July 24, 2026. Prices begin at ₹7.40 lakh and extend to around ₹13.55–₹13.70 lakh, depending on the variant and price listing.

These are ex-showroom Delhi prices, and the final amount may vary according to location, taxes, insurance and dealer charges.autocarindia+1

Sharper exterior design

The facelifted Brezza does not receive a completely new body, but its revised front and rear design gives it a more modern appearance. The SUV gets a redesigned grille, updated bumpers, sharper LED headlamps and revised daytime running lights. New alloy-wheel designs are also available on higher variants.

At the rear, the LED tail-lamp treatment has been slimmed down, while the Brezza lettering on the tailgate adds a more noticeable visual touch. Turbo variants are expected to receive a dedicated “Turbo” badge. The overall boxy shape remains familiar, which is likely to appeal to existing Brezza buyers who prefer its upright stance and easy road presence.

New turbo-petrol engine

The biggest mechanical change is the introduction of a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine. It produces 110 PS and 170 Nm of torque, giving the Brezza stronger acceleration than the standard naturally aspirated petrol version. The engine is paired with a six-speed manual gearbox.autocarindia+1

The regular 1.5-litre petrol engine continues to be available with mild-hybrid technology. It produces approximately 103 PS and can be ordered with either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission. Buyers looking for lower fuel costs can choose the 1.5-litre S-CNG version, which is offered with a six-speed manual gearbox.

One important change for CNG customers is the underbody-mounted tank. This layout helps preserve usable boot space, although the facelifted SUV reportedly uses a puncture-repair kit instead of a conventional spare wheel.

More premium interior

Inside the cabin, the Brezza facelift receives a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The interface has also been updated, while connected-car functions provide features such as vehicle tracking, remote controls, alerts and vehicle-health information.

Higher trims can include ventilated front seats, a wireless phone charger, an electric sunroof, automatic climate control, a head-up display and ambient lighting. These additions make the Brezza feel more competitive against newer models such as the Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon and Kia Syros.

The facelift also improves everyday convenience. Front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, tyre-pressure monitoring and rear cross-traffic alerts are among the notable additions. However, buyers should check the equipment list of each trim because some features may be limited to the ZXi or ZXi+ versions.

Safety and variants

Maruti Suzuki has strengthened the Brezza’s safety package with six airbags, electronic stability control, hill-hold assist, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child-seat mounts and parking sensors. The SUV has also received a five-star Bharat NCAP safety rating, according to reports from the model’s launch coverage.

The facelift is offered in four primary trims: LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi+. The turbo-petrol engine is available with manual transmission, while the naturally aspirated petrol version gives buyers the choice of manual or automatic gearboxes. CNG variants are aimed at customers who cover high monthly distances.
